Master Plan
Land planners Reece, Hoopes & Fincher of Birmingham unveiled the proposed 90-acre development plan at the August 20, 2007 council meeting. The proposed plan includes a commercial district, office district, two parks, a gated historic residential area, a town green in the center of the development, community buildings, land reserved for future expansion and a 6.45 acre lake which borders the existing walking trail.
